Legal Statement Relating to use of Cargo Data Corporation’s Products and Services

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHOWN BELOW CONSTITUTE THE COMPLETE AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES

Customer acknowleges receipt in good condition of the complete shipment of instruments as indicated on shipping documents.  Cold Storage operators and other service providers agree to furnish complete shipping information in writing for each instrument listed on shipping documents for taxation purposes. Customer agrees to pay in full, without deduction or offset, the fee charged for every instrument shipped to the customer, except for authorized returns. IF, FOR ANY REASON, AN INSTRUMENT FAILS, CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ONLY AFTER THE INSTURMENT IS RETURNED AND LIABILITY WILL NEVER EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE INSTRUMENT. Customer is responsible to inform CARGO DATA CORPORATION if the product or service is subject to California Sales Tax. Acceptance of these instructions is conclusive evidence that the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions for their use as stated above within this document.

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these
web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations,
and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local
laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from
using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are
protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
