Wireless (Radio Frequency) Enabled Temperature Monitoring
Wireless (Radio Frequency) Enabled Temperature Monitoring
Select RF
Cargo Data’s Select RF (radio frequency) digital temperature recorders offer industry-leading features that bring superior operational efficiency to all temperature controlled Shipping and Receiving operations.
Select series recorders are ideal for use in the transportation of products for the perishable foods, floral, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Boomerang RF (radio frequency) temperature recorders provide cost effective, high-value temperature monitoring in closed-loop, round trip transportation systems. These re-usable temperature recorders eliminate the need to repeatedly purchase single-use transit temperature recorders. Boomerang RF can also be used in temperature controlled warehouses for general monitoring and audit purposes.
Cargo Data’s Z-90 series Chart Loggers are re-useable and designed exclusively for monitoring temperatures in cold storage warehouses.
Z-90 records data either by internal sensor or up to 50′ away with optional external sensor. Use with 4″ stainless steel probe to monitor internal product temperatures.
Z-90RF transmits wirelessly to the Z-90RF Receiver without removing the recorder from its location.
Data from multiple recording periods can be stored in Z-90 and downloaded to our free KoldLink App using mini USB cable. KoldLink App provides the advanced Z-90 programming interface, reporting, analysis, and archiving required for HACCP and other QA or 3rd party food safety audit standards.
Cargo Data’s patented Express handheld data retrieval device provides instant viewing of vital digital temperature recorder data. Receiving and/or QA staff can place any Cargo Data digital temperature recorder* in the Express dock for a quick 5 second download. Once data is downloaded from the recorder, the familiar line graph chart is displayed on the large color LCD. Data can also be viewed in tabular format.
With the easy to use on-board keypad, Receivers can add documentation such as purchase order number, carrier, commodity, etc., to the temperature record. Express improves operational efficiency by eliminating staff trips to the Receiving Office to view/print a temperature record.
Cargo Data has designed iMAT to provide a full spectrum of cold chain monitoring solutions.
Adaptable and flexible, iMAT can be configured to monitor multiple facets of perishables handling operations. Starting with inbound perishables at your Receiving dock, to warehouse storage, then to outbound distribution, all temperature data is captured and transmitted automatically to the secure Cargo Data server. Authorized personnel can access the data in real time 24/7 – 365.
